Goals
By publicly committing to your goals, you are more likely to achieve them
Commitment and Consistency – If people commit, orally or in writing, to an idea or goal, they are more likely to honor that commitment. Even if the original incentive or motivation is removed after they have already agreed, they will continue to honor the agreement. For example, in car sales, suddenly raising the price at the last moment works because the buyer has already decided to buy.

- Eat Healthier
- Learn New Things
- Meet New People
- Do New Things
- Maintain Friendships
Exercise Regularly:
- Joined the gym at work
- working out in the mornings to eliminate distractions
- aiming for 3-4 days a week
Eat Healthier:
- Cooking more at home, bringing lunch to work
- switched from white rice to brown
- cooking a lot more fish and vegetables and a lot less meat.
Learn New Things:
- Reading a book a week
- studying for the CFA
Meet New People:
- Work In Progress, will be playing on a coed soccer league in September and October.
Maintain Friendships – I am bad about keeping up with people
- Need to make a more organized way to do this,but have been trying to call or see people every couple of weeks.
